Mosquito fish can eat several hundred mosquito larvae per day. They are a natural "GREEN" way to control mosquitoes with no use of pesticides. Mosquito fish help control Heartworm disease in family pets as well as the West Nile Virus. They make great feeder fish too. Females reach sexual maturity in approximately eight weeks and can give birth up to 100 fry per brood with 3-4 broods per year. Mosquitofish rarely exceed 1 ½ inches in length.
